Start your week feeling recharged and renewed! Join Auburn for a relaxing evening of restorative yoga and sound therapy. We’ll rebalance the nervous system by surrendering into comfortable yoga poses supported by props and guided meditation. Then we’ll end with an extra long savasana and sound bath with the powerful vibrations of crystal singing bowls. 

Sound baths can open the body, quiet the mind, and bring us back into balance. Recent studies have shown that sound baths can reduce stress, tension, fatigue, depression, and anxiety. This is an event to experience!
