Join Auburn Juliano-Herchek for a relaxing evening of restorative yoga and sound bath. We’ll rebalance the nervous system by surrendering into comfortable yoga poses supported by props and through guided meditation. Then we’ll end with an extra long savasana and the powerful sounds of crystal singing bowls and Koshi wind chimes. Sound baths can open the body, quiet the mind, and bring us back into balance.
