Sound Vibration at Shine

Join us for a very special Sound Vibration session with Auburn from 6:30-8pm. This session will be a mix of restorative poses, guided meditation and sound therapy using seven crystal bowls, sea drum and Kashi chimes.

Auburn is a Reiki practitioner, 500 Registered Yoga Teacher and has studied sound technique’s with @centerforsoundtherapy. Her unique strengths are the perfect blend. Her thoughtful and deliberate words and intentions shine through and you feel it in your soul.
